PF Series Hydraulic Impact Crusher 

PF Series Impact Crusher is usually acted as medium crushing machine after coarse crushing. It is capable of crushing mineral rocks with compressive strength up to 320 MPa, featuring with greater processing capability and finer discharging particles. The crushed products are in cubic shape with low flakes and no internal cracks. This type of equipment is preferable to be selected as the first choice for crushing fine quality stone materials used for highway, water conservancy, airport, civil construction and other industries.

Features
1. The combination of multi crushing chambers can make the product in uniform particle sizes, which are suitable for crushing hard rocks.
2. The bottom impact plate structure makes the crushed products smaller in cubic shape with no internal cracks.
3. These series have big feed opening which is more easily for disposing production lines.
4. New type of high alloy abrasion materials makes the service life of blow bars, impact plates, and liner plates much longer.

Impact Crusher Construction and Working Theory: 
The crusher consists of base, top frame, bottom frame, rotor, impact plates(Optioonal: hydraulic opening cover device).

The crusher is driven by motor through V-belt. The materials will be crushed by the high-speed running hammer plates, and be thrown to the impact plate, be re-crushed there, and then it will be rebound to the hammer plate's area to be crushed again. This process will be repeated again and again, until to the requested size. The raw materials firstly enter into the first crushing chamber, then into the secondary crushing chamber; when the crushed materials size is less that the clearance between hammer plates and impact liner plate, then it will be discharged from the discharge setting.
